LeAD™ Sports Program: 360-degree Leadership Development for Student Athletes & Coaches.
Developed from the needs of student athletes AND coaches to build leaders on and off the field, and working with the football coaching staff and student athletes at Western Michigan University, we have developed this unique student athlete/coach program based on the belief that leaders aren't born.... they're built.
Using the same methods and techniques as our LeAD™ Business Leaders Program, the same as used by the very best Special Forces to identify and build great leaders and better followers, the program provides a set of leadership principles to adopt and emulate, as well as developing leadership traits in student athletes AND coaching staff.
The program aids in measuring and developing leadership traits in order to contribute to team success, also allowing coaching staff to participate in a continuous personal development program.
